We are passionate about education and saving lives, and believe children can learn valuable life-saving skills at a young age. We deliver childcare, kindergarten and school incursions with our mascot "Pablo" the Paramedic and an educator, to teach children what to do if they were involved in a medical emergency. Ages vary and start at two years old.
Topics include; what is an emergency, calling for an ambulance, recognising a breathing and non-breathing person, how to perform CPR and much more....
The one hour workshops are practical and engaging. They are tailored to the students age and year level. We have a minimum number of twenty two students to make a booking.
In the session, students create their own emergency fridge magnet which they then can take home and put on their fridge and refer to in an emergency.
The students also receive a certificate of attendance, a DRSABCD bookmark and learn life saving skills!
Cost: $10 per student.
Incursions are conducted Australia-wide!
